Barbara L. Kerry
Chairman,
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Script to Screen
Barbara L. Kerry is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and
Co-founder of Script to Screen, Inc.
Barbara has been recognized by the many awards for excellence
that Script to Screen has received. In 1996, she was lauded
by Response TV Magazine as one of the Top Most Influential
People in the DRTV industry.
Prior to establishing Script to Screen in 1986, Barbara produced
a variety of sports related television programs for Southern
California sport teams including the Angels, Dodgers, Lakers,
Raiders, and Rams.
Her education includes a BA in Telecommunications and a MA in Psychology.

Ken Kerry
Executive
Vice President, and Co-founder
Ken Kerry is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of
Script to Screen.
Prior to the establishment of Script to Screen in 1986, Ken
was affiliated with ABC Sports, where he worked on Wide World
of Sports, Monday Night Football, and Monday Night Baseball.
Additionally, he produced a syndicated television series
called Golf Journal.
Ken holds a BA in Television Production.

Tony L. Kerry
Senior
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Tony L. Kerry,
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Script
to Screen, joined the company in 1990. His prior successful
marketing
experiences,
within the computer software and real estate development industries,
provide Script to Screen top marketing skills. Tony holds a
BS in Marketing.
In his position
with Script to Screen, Tony is responsible for marketing the
company's award-winning Direct Response Television advertising
production, and providing consulting and marketing recommendations
to clients.

Michael W. Koontz
Chief Operating Officer
In 1997 Michael
Koontz joined Script to Screen as Chief Operating Officer bringing
with him an extensive background in business management and finance.
As Chief Operating Officer he handles the day-to-day operations
for Script to Screen.
Prior to joining
Script to Screen, Michael had earned an MBA and then went on
to the Big Five accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand to earn
his CPA. He handled several SEC clients at Coopers & Lybrand.
In 1986 Michael cofounded Mental Dynamics which was Script to
Screen's first client.

Joan Laxson
Vice President and Executive Producer
As a
Vice President and Executive Producer at Script to Screen,
Joan Laxson oversees projects from concept through postproduction,
supervising all aspects of creative and production logistics.
During her tenure at Script to Screen, Ms. Laxson has supervised
over 125 DRTV campaigns, including Bare Escentuals, EyeQ,
Hooked on Phonics, Oreck, Philosophy, Torso Track, and True
Ceramic Pro, to name a few.
Prior to joining Script to Screen in 1995, she successfully
headed a corporate residential real estate marketing department.
Combining her passion for people, profits, and marketing
success, she developed Special Programs for California's
largest independent residential real estate corporation,
generating nearly two billion dollars in real estate sales
over seven years.
Ms. Laxson began her career in corporate accounting.
She graduated Cum Laude from Santa Clara University with
a bachelor of science degree in finance.

Frank
Battisti
Vice President and Executive Producer
As an Executive Producer, Frank Battisti oversees projects
from concept through postproduction, supervising all aspects
of production logistics.
During his tenure at Script to Screen, he has supervised
over 100 DRTV campaigns, including Adams Golf, Cross Bow
By Weider, Dremel, Euro-Pro, and Body By Jake.
Prior to joining Script to Screen, Frank worked for ten years
for Great Expectations as Director of Marketing. He was responsible
for all direct mail and infomercial campaigns, managing an
annual advertising budget of $8 million.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Alex H. Dinsmoor
Vice President of Marketing Strategy
As Vice
President of Business Development, Alex Dinsmoor consults
with companies, helping them understand the essentials
of direct response television advertising.
Prior to joining
Script to Screen in 1998, Alex held positions at International
Management Group (IMG),
where he served as a sales and marketing associate on professional tennis tournaments.
He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Pepperdine University.

Denny Koska
Vice President
of Production
Denny Koska joined
Script to Screen in 1993 and is currently Vice President of Production.
Denny's production background spans over 15 years and includes
concert, album, television and infomercial production.
Prior to joining
Script to Screen, Denny worked as an agency producer for the
Russ Reid Company, the world's largest advertising agency working
in the nonprofit, direct response arena. Denny's prior experience
also includes various production positions including working
at NBC.

Nonna Grombchevsky
Controller
In 1994 Nonna
Grombchevsky joined Script to Screen, as Controller, bringing
with her 15 years of extensive accounting experience. Prior to
joining Script to Screen, Nonna was accounting manager for an
investment real estate development and property management company,
The Hayes Company, as well as the advertising and public relations
firm, Hayes/Martin Associates. She holds a BS in Accounting from
Leningrad Institute Of Economics Sciences.
