SCRIPT TO SCREEN RECEIVES TOP AWARDS AT
THE PRESTIGIOUS 2000 NEW YORK FESTIVALS

Santa Ana, CA—January 23, 2001—Script to Screen, one of the nation’s leaders in direct response television, announced today that it received two awards at the recent New York Festivals in New York City.

The New Shape of Skiing,” an infomercial produced on behalf of Script to Screen’s client, Skis Dynastar, was honored with a Bronze WorldMedal in the Television Programming Infomercial category.

The infomercial featured all three Dynastar brands: Dynastar Skis, Lange Boots and Look Bindings, and was instrumental in generating double-digit gains during a season when the overall ski equipment industry was down.

Additionally, “Sunfire,” a direct-to-consumer video produced on behalf of General Motors’ Pontiac Division, was awarded a Finalist Certificate in the Film and Video Direct Response category.
“We are delighted with the continuing success of these productions and take great pleasure in accepting both awards from The New York Festivals,” said Barbara Kerry, President of Script to Screen, Inc.

Recognized industrywide for award-winning infomercials that are successful commercially, as well as creatively, Script to Screen has produced direct response television campaigns for such prestigious clients as Adams Golf, alien Sport, American Telecast, Dynastar, General Motors, Hooked on Phonics, NordicTrack, Sanyo, Sharp, Taylor Made Golf, Time-Life, and Valvoline.

Since its establishment in Santa Ana, California in 1986, Script to Screen has risen to a leadership position among direct response television marketing companies. The company has been honored with numerous awards throughout the years by The Electronic Retailing Association, The New York Festivals, and The Clio Awards.
