SCRIPT TO SCREEN LAUNCHES FOURTH SHORT-FORM CAMPAIGN FOR WINN GRIPS

Santa Ana, CA—January 29, 2002—Script to Screen recently completed its fourth short-form campaign for Winn Grips, it was announced by Tony Kerry, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Script to Screen, Inc.

The 30- and 60-second direct response spots entitled Technology That Makes A Difference, follow the successful Thief, Morning and The Best campaigns. These campaigns have helped Winn move from seventh to second place in the golf grip market, and become a strong contender for market share leader. Last year, The Best campaign was honored by the Electronic Retailing Association and received the 2001 award for Best Short Form Lead Generator.

Technology That Makes A Difference features Butch Harmon, golf's No.1 coach, who made his debut for Winn in The Best commercial. Shot entirely on film, the direct response commercial emphasizes the super feel and slip resistance of Winn grips.

"We are delighted with the success achieved by the previous direct response campaigns and with our continuing association with Winn Grips. We believe this success will continue with the launch of this new campaign and look forward to a long relationship with Winn," said Ken Kerry, Executive Producer and Creative Director of Script to Screen, Inc.

Recognized industrywide for award-winning infomercials that are successful commercially, as well as creatively, Script to Screen has produced direct response television campaigns for such prestigious clients as Adams Golf, alien Sport, American Telecast, Dremel, Dynastar, General Motors, Hooked on Phonics, The Indy Racing League, NordicTrack, Sanyo, Sharp, Taylor Made Golf, Time-Life, and Valvoline.

Since its establishment in Santa Ana, California in 1986, Script to Screen has risen to a leadership position among direct response television marketing companies. The company has been honored with numerous awards throughout the years by The Electronic Retailing Association, (formerly NIMA), The New York Festivals, and The Clio Awards.
