FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SCRIPT TO SCREEN COMPLETES LONG-FORM CAMPAIGN FOR THE EURO-PRO CORPORATION.

Santa Ana, CA—March 15, 2002, Script to Screen recently completed an infomercial for the Euro-Pro Corporation, it was announced by Tony Kerry, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Script to Screen, Inc.

The infomercial features the Euro-Pro Stick Shark, a small, compact, 3-in-1 bagless vacuum. Despite its compact size, the Stick Shark has one and a half times the suction power of a regular vacuum, and converts easily to a lightweight, hand-held machine.

The infomercial is hosted by Maddy Press, with product demonstrations by Mark Rosen, President of the Euro-Pro Corporation.

The Stick Shark infomercial has tested successfully and is rolling out nationally.

"We are pleased with our new association with Euro-Pro. They make innovative household products that offer the consumer exceptional value,"said Mr. Kerry.

Recognized industrywide for award-winning infomercials that are successful commercially, as well as creatively, Script to Screen has produced direct response television campaigns for such prestigious clients as Adams Golf, alien Sport, American Telecast, Dremel, Dynastar, General Motors, Hooked on Phonics, The Indy Racing League, NordicTrack, Sanyo, Sharp, Taylor Made Golf, Time-Life, and Valvoline.

Since its establishment in Santa Ana, California in 1986, Script to Screen has risen to a leadership position among direct response television marketing companies. The company has been honored with numerous awards throughout the years by The Electronic Retailing Association, (formerly NIMA), The New York Festivals, and The Clio Awards.
